Malá fabrika se nachází na levém břehu řeky Desné mezi Loučnou nad D.-Rejhoticemi a Loučnou nad D.-Kouty.
Objekt se zdá jako nefunkční a opuštěný, zvláště jeho střechy v některých místech chátrají. Ve skutečnosti je objekt odloučeným a stále funkčním provozem firmy VELOSTEEL TRADING, a.s. Loučná nad Desnou.
Původně byl objekt spjat s výrobou železa, později s výrobou dílů jízdních kol - a to již před rokem 1945. V poválečné historii zde až do současnosti tato výroba probíhá (do roku 1989 VELAMOS Sobotín, závod 02 Loučná nad Desnou, později po jednotlivých stupních privatizace od 1997 již zmíněný VELOSTEEL TRADING, a.s.)
Dominantou fabriky je čtyřhranný cihlový komín a pilová střecha se světlíky.
